DESCRIPTION

Do you want to learn more about HUD REAC Inspections and how to prepare your property for one?

This webinar is designed to discuss the fundamentals of REAC Compliance and the UPCS Inspection Protocols, as well as all of the recent updates and expected changes. This session includes a high-level review of the UPCS Inspection Code, REAC Scoring, the new rules and updates in 2020. This classroom session is a terrific resource for managers, maintenance, and executives who want to understand what needs to be addressed on their properties at all times to ensure that the property is well prepared at all times and non-compliance risks can be identified and eliminated.

Now, HUD has indicated a new series of changes to the inspection process, creating a new inspection protocol - NSPIRE - which promises to reinvent the inspection process.
