DESCRIPTION

HUD is making important changes to forms we use every day, as well as deleting and adding many fields to these forms for TRACS 203A, it is imperative to learn about these changes in advance. If you don’t prepare for these changes now, you will be likely caught off guard and be unable to accomplish the tasks involved in getting files ready to transmit to TRACS.

This webinar by expert speaker Debbie Hixon will educate you on the new HUD forms, important new codes, clarification on Repayment Agreements and the role of Contract Administrators with regard to these Repayment Agreements. You will also learn about the rules for determining agreement amounts, entering repayment amounts for 203A the first time going from 202D, as well as all changes in this new version.

Those that need to be able navigate successfully using your new software with the new fields and forms easily and without frustration.
