The EEOC says "Component 2 EEO-1 survey for 2017 and 2018 submission is now OPEN." Let the filing begin!  But before you leap, look.  The wages you file could indicate discrimination.  If you do not test for that discrimination, you may be blindly certifying evidence of discrimination.

The webinar will use Excel and EquiCalc software to show attorneys and HR professionals with little or no statistical background a range of user friendly online apps and software that they can use to test for pay equity in their EEO-1 Component 2 filings, before filing the forms with the EEOC.  And comprehensive EEO-1 testing can be performed anonymously (on-line) and under attorney-client privilege, on non-certified data.

Advanced Analytical Consulting Group's (AACG) labor litigation experts will discuss how to perform the three tests discussed by the EEOC and the resources needed.  The experts will offer an array of options to test your EEO-1 wage data from statistically valid spot checks to more comprehensive statistical analyses using automated processes that cover each Establishment/Unit for numerous gender and race pay disparities.

When you test your data, you may find errors in your data or miscategorizations of employees, faults that you can correct before you file your data.  You may also find pay discrepancies.  You can gain a huge advantage by identifying and potentially mitigating any issues before the EEOC, OFCCP, or private litigants inform you or your C-Suite of any problems.  Your findings will also help put you in a good position to respond to a potential EEOC inquiry.  If you want to make changes for your 2019 pay process or corrections for your 2017 and 2018 filings, the results can be used to inform that process.

This webinar will cover the following topics:

  • Overview of the format of EEO-1 Component 2 to be filed by September 30, 2019
  • How you can do the statistical tests EEOC proposed to identify potential discrimination
  • How you can use statistical tests on your individual-level, draft compensation data to determine the damages you face
  • How your test results can help you to adjust your compensation practices or prepare for an EEOC/OFCCP investigation

Who Will Benefit:

  • Human Resource Professionals
