Ms. Haleh C. Naimi

Ms. Haleh C. Naimi is a tax and bankruptcy attorney operating from California and New York. Over the last 17 years, she has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses in complex tax, bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues. Her lectures and training sessions on tax controversy issues have helped thousands of professionals across the country.

She graduated from New York University with a master’s degree in law in taxation, and then completed her judicial clerkship with the United States Bankruptcy Judge – Arthur M. Greenwald. In 2000, she forayed into private practice with Kaye Scholer LLP (new York). After obtaining her LLM in taxation, she joined Hecht Solberg LLP, a prestigious law firm in San Diego.

Ms. Naimi is an active member of the Bankruptcy Workouts Task Force of the American Bar Association, and a former Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Taxation Section. Over the years, she has presented multiple tax policy proposals to decision-makers at the Treasury Department, House Ways and Means Committee, Office of Chief Counsel at the IRS, Joint Committee on Taxation and Senate Finance Committee in Washington D.C., and the Franchise Tax Board in Sacramento.
