Rob J. Thurston

Rob J. Thurston has over 35 years’ experience in the field of human resources and employee benefit. He has designed and implemented design plans for companies throughout the Unites States. He also designed one of the first PC-based benefits administration systems. At the time, he was the national Vice President for James Benefits, as well as part of a task force to implement 401k and new benefits for IBM.

He has helped create some best-selling software in his field, and has spoken at over 200 conferences nation-wide on the subject of HSAs, Benefits and Human Resources.

Currently, he is the President of HR Consulting Group, as well as of the Workplace Benefits Association- which is sponsored by Employee Benefits News magazine
